Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, and Dr Bob Lemieux, Interim Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Science of the University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The memorandum aims to promote academic collaboration and exchange, paving the way for students to pursue further studies, including articulation to bachelor's degree programmes at Queen's University. Both parties look forward to further advancing academic exchange and cooperation through this renewed partnership. On 8 December 2025, Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, and Professor Richard Davies, Vice-Chancellor of Plymouth, alongside the management teams, convened for a partnership meeting.
