DIRECTOR’S REVIEW OF THE YEAR院長回顧 2021/22 was another year of challenges for CLST. COVID-19 continued to cause disruptions to teaching and recruitment activities, coupled with keen market competition and the negative impact of the pandemic on the economy. Yet, the College responded resiliently and was able to achieve healthy growth. To provide stronger support to the teachers and students, the College made use of the School’s infrastructure to deliver classes in hybrid or pure online mode when face-to-face teaching was found unfeasible. Closer communication with partners was maintained to provide alternative means of course delivery. The College endeavoured to demonstrate a balance of financial performance and academic quality. Among the School’s top 80 part-time programmes in terms of course fees and other fees for 2020/21, 22 programmes were managed by CLST.
