In addition to "aesthetics” as a literary philosophy, students will also learn to appreciate ancient clay figurines and earthware, Buddhist statues, ink and wash paintings, sliding door paintings, furnishings, gardens and architecture, flower arrangement, tea ceremony and other intangible heritage that have been preserved for more than 1,000 years up to this day.
