Leveraging state-of-theart AI technology, this innovative tool elevates user experience by simplifying and expediting the process of accessing programme and event details on the HKU SPACE website. Key features of the HKU SPACE Chatbot include: • Instant Assistance: Available round-the-clock, the chatbot offers immediate responses to enquiries about programmes, events, workshops, seminars, learning centres and other general enquiries to match individual needs and learning goals. Just simply tapping the “HKU SPACE Chatbot” icon on the homepage, provides live chat support at your fingertips; • Multi-lingual Support: Answers queries in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. The HKU SPACE Chatbot is now available on both the website and mobile platforms. It will continue to evolve and improve through ongoing learning from user interactions, aiming to deliver increasingly accurate responses to enquiries.
