This milestone initiative underscores the School’s commitment to professional development in the continuing education sector. The Scheme not only elevates professional development but also fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration. During the event, Fellowship holders and colleagues currently in the process of applying for a fellowship shared their reflections on some of the challenges faced by teaching and programme management staff at HKU SPACE, as well as strategies to address them. All presentations were well received by the audience. The Festival attracted about one hundred participants (both in person and online). Following the success of the inaugural Academic Conference in 2024, HKU SPACE Community College is excited to announce its second conference scheduled for 5 June 2026, centred around the theme of Artificial Intelligence and Higher Education. The rapid advancement of AI in recent years has seen widespread application across various industries, presenting inevitable challenges for the education sector. The Community College cordially invites scholars, educators, experts, and postgraduate students from different disciplines to partake in the conference. The event aims to delve into the transformative influence of AI on higher education, covering aspects ranging from pedagogy to student learning experiences, and from practical and ethical implementation to cutting-edge research. Participants are encouraged to contribute their insights towards the enhancement of higher education. 2025年11月5日，香港大學專業進修學院舉辦了首 屆「教學院士交流會」，慶祝自2024年5月推出教學 院士計劃以來所達致的成果與目標。這項里程碑彰 顯學院對持續教育領域專業發展的承諾，不僅提升 了專業發展，更促進了卓越與協作的文化氛圍。 活動當天，榮獲教學院士及正在申請教學院士的同 事們，分享了學院教學及課程管理人員所面對的挑 戰，並提出他們的看法及建議應對策略。同事們的 演講均獲得與會者的熱烈迴響。是次活動共吸引約 一百名現場及線上參與者。 繼2024年首屆學術會議取得圓滿成功，香港大學附 屬學院訂於2026年6月5日舉辦第二屆會議，並將 以人工智能及高等教育作為會議主題。 近年人工智能極速發展，在各行業中被廣泛應用， 教育界也無可避免地遇上挑戰。附屬學院現誠邀來 自不同學科的學者、教育工作者、專家及研究生等 為會議賜稿，一同探討人工智能對高等教育的變革 性影響，從教學法到學生的學習體驗，從實際和道 德應用到研究層面，為高等教育發展貢獻力量。
