The MOU was signed by Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, and Professor Paul Seawright, Deputy Vice Chancellor at Ulster University. The School and the University established a partnership in 1996 and have been strategic partners since 2018, offering programmes such as the Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, the Bachelor of Science (Hons) Food and Nutrition, the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Nutrition, The School and Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on June 30 at Temasek Polytechnic, with Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, and Mr Aw Tuan Kee, Deputy Principal of Temasek Polytechnic, serving as representatives for the signing. The agreement aims to provide student and faculty exchange opportunities while fostering academic collaboration between the two institutions. Under the MOU, both institutions will collaborate on research and consultancy projects, jointly organise and the BEng (Hons) Energy and Building Services Engineering. Under this MOU, fields of collaboration include joint curriculum development and teaching, collaborative research initiatives, staff and student exchanges, as well as sharing of experiences, scholastic and technological materials and information. Both institutions are committed to working together with transparency and mutual respect. academic activities such as seminars, lectures, conferences, and learning journeys (including study tours to the Greater Bay Area), and implement other initiatives beneficial to the staff and students of both institutions.
