Modules: Understanding disability: perspectives and issues Disability in law and policy Universal design and reasonable adjustments in employment Inclusive people management and development In-house inclusion policy and procedures Communication for disability equality and inclusion Workshop on workplace disability inclusion Entry requirements: Applicants shall hold a recognised university degree or an equivalent qualification. If the degree or equivalent qualification is earned from an institution where the language of teaching and assessment is not English, applicants shall provide evidence of English proficiency, such as: • an overall band of 6.0 or above with no subtests lower than 5.5 in IELTS; • a score of 550 or above in the paper-based TOEFL, or a score of 213 or above in the computer-based TOEFL, or a score of 80 or above in the internet-based TOEFL; • HKDSE Examination English Language at Level 3 or above; or • HKALE Use of English at Grade E or above. Modules: Understanding disability: perspectives and issues Disability in law and policy Universal design and reasonable adjustments in school education Diversity management in teaching and learning Inclusive curriculum, pedagogy, play and activities Partnership and communication in disability inclusive school Workshop on diversity management in school Entry requirements: Applicants shall hold a recognised university degree or an equivalent qualification.
