It aims at enhancing NCS school leavers capability in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and helping them obtain qualifications recognized by Hong Kong Qualifications Framework so as to enhance their employability. Applicants should be non-Chinese speaking Hong Kong residents aged 15 or above, with no or very limited ability in reading Chinese, and are currently not studying any full-time programme.
