The programme begins with an introduction to the types of analytics used today and how to apply predictive HR analytical tools to different workforce scenarios. The final part of the programme equips students with the skills and knowledge to report findings and insights for business and workforce management decision-making. Applicants shall: (A) (i) hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized institution; AND (ii) have three years of full-time work experience in related industries. OR (B) (i) hold professional qualification(s) in a relevant discipline; AND (ii) have five years of full-time work experience at senior managerial level in related industries.
