The programme will equip students with the knowledge and skills to be more proactive, expressive and self-confident. The programme takes a practical approach by employing hands-on techniques including role plays, group discussions and exercises adapted from those utilised to train performing artists. It also examines the safety, health and welfare of employees at work and discusses methods of dealing with common workplace issues such as discrimination, harassment, theft, threats and violence, drug and alcohol abuse.
