It will discuss various issues such as the development of Private Equity markets and IPO in different regions; the structuring and executing Private Equity and IPO; the considerations and processes involved in Private Equity and IPO transactions, updated legal and regulatory development in Hong Kong. Real-life cases will also be discussed. After completing the programme, students can understand the processes and contemporary issues related to Private Equity and IPO. Applicants shall hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized institution. It covers the basics of generative AI, techniques for prompt engineering, no-code AI platform applications, use cases of prompt engineering and challenges of prompt engineering. Case studies on strategic decision making through prompt engineering in finance and business will be examined. Applicants shall hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognised institution.
