Students will be introduced to the main styles and categories of cocktails, spirits, liqueurs and their defining characteristics, as well as the classic and modern cocktail recipes. Through demonstrations and self-practice, students can choose appropriate bar tools, garnishes, and ingredients to craft their own cocktails in classes and eventually enhance their cocktail crafting techniques. A bar visit in the hotel will be arranged to get students familiar with the real operating environment of a bar.
