It covers the event logistics, on-site staffing, crowd management, stakeholder management and safety and security matters. Upon completion of the programme, students will be able to describe the essential operational processes in an event, how to plan an event with identifying various operational challenges as well as how to successfully organise different operational tasks together in an event.
