The programme will equip students with the knowledge and skills to be more proactive, expressive and self-confident. It also covers areas like learning to lead instead of follow, coping with stress, and exploring ways to relax and regain energy. The programme takes a practical approach by employing hands-on techniques including role plays, group discussions and exercises adapted from those utilised to train performing artists. It aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to identify and apply appropriate predictive HR analytics to different business and HR situations. The programme begins with an introduction to the types of HR analytics used today and moves to identifying and applying appropriate HR analytical tools in different business and HR scenarios. The programme also equips students with the skills and knowledge to report findings and gather insights for business and HR strategy and decision-making. Applicants should: (a) (i) hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized institution; AND (ii) have three years of full-time work experience in related industries. OR (b) (i) hold professional qualification(s) in a relevant discipline; AND (ii) have five years of full-time work experience at senior managerial level in related industries.
